What this product stores

We receive your signed-in ChatGPT identity and email to identify your account. We store the business facts you enter, imported website HTML, audit results, draft wording, review decisions, and timestamps. WordPress connector keys are encrypted at rest.

How it is used

Your information is used to provide your workspace, retrieve authorized public WordPress pages, run audits, and keep your review history. This release uses rules to generate suggestions; it does not send your HTML to a live AI service.

SEO review requests

The review form stores your email, business name, website or no-website selection, target area, optional name and help topic, and a submission timestamp in a private owner inbox. Referral origins and campaign labels may be stored with the request. URL queries and fragments are removed, and values resembling email addresses or full URLs are not accepted as campaign labels. Requests remain in the inbox until the operator removes them; automatic lead deletion is not configured. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. Transactional receipt emails and owner notifications are prepared in a private delivery queue. Sending remains disabled until an approved provider and verified sender are configured. When enabled, the delivery provider receives the recipient address and message contents; sending and delivery-status records are retained with the request. No marketing sequence is created by this form.

To limit spam, we retain temporary keyed hashes of network addresses with request counts, rather than raw addresses, in application rate-limit storage. Expired entries are removed during subsequent submissions. We count button clicks, form starts, and submission errors as daily totals. Saved requests determine successful-submission counts. No form field values are sent with these measurement events, and the measurement does not set tracking cookies.

Service providers

The application uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. ChatGPT handles sign-in. When billing is enabled, Stripe handles checkout, payment details, and subscription management. Magnolia Current does not collect or store card numbers. Those services have their own privacy notices.

Data controls

Use Account & billing to download your saved data or permanently delete your website data. Disconnect WordPress to remove the stored key, and revoke it in WordPress to disable it at the source. Website deletion does not delete your ChatGPT account. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own retention requirements.

Retention and technical records

Workspace records remain until you delete them or the early-access service is retired. Operational logs may contain request and error information. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups and logs. Do not upload private account pages, credentials, or sensitive personal information.

Cookies and the demonstration

Sign-in uses the platform’s session mechanisms. The interactive demonstration saves sample state in your browser. This release does not include advertising trackers.

This notice describes the early-access release. Operator contact details and final commercial policies must be completed before paid launch. If these terms do not meet your requirements, do not upload website data.
